Warren Zauer, a native of Australia, who has practiced business there for many years, and David Lepon, also an Israeli with American parents, came aboard to be among our first agents. The businesses first office was located at the Jerusalem Pearl Hotel. Since it's closing the office has moved nearby to 6 Yanai St. We have been helping buyers, renters, and sellers through extensive web based advertising, advising on the suitability of neighborhoods based on clients need. Advising buyers on how the process of buying works in Israel, and on the process of closing mortgages here in Jerusalem.
